Trusting and Waiting

I recently thought I had to figure out a solution to a rather large problem.  I wasn’t sure if my idea was God’s plan, but I felt I had to do something to fix the mess – since I was largely responsible for causing it.  This ordeal has kept me in prayer, trusting that if my way wasn’t how God wanted it solved, He would make that known as well.  In the waiting, when I begin to get fearful and anxious, I struggle to remind myself God can take the worst of situations – even those of our own doing – and remind us how through it all, He is God.  HE is our source, our provider, our shield, our protector, our peace, and HIS mercy and grace are never ending — there is nothing in this life that we can not overcome when we put our trust in Him.
